Reggae Sumfest is the largest concert festival in Jamaica, taking place each year in mid-July in Montego Bay. Sumfest started in 1993, is officially sponsored by Red Stripe.
The biggest reggae event of the summer brings to the stage the very best local and international stars in reggae, dancehall, and rock.
As is customary, the festival kicks off with a beach party to be followed by three nights of electrifying live performances. Past performers have included Mary J. Blige, LL Cool J., Neyo, Toni Braxton, Chris Brown and several others.
